Who is Lewis O’Brien?

My name is Lewis O’Brien,  I am the owner and principal of Lewis O’Brien & Associates – a law firm that caters to the needs of property investors and developers.

For more than 20 years I have been advising home owners and developers who come to me when things go wrong with their builder.  The problem is that once the contract is signed and something has gone wrong it is too late and there really aren’t any good ways to help the home owner and developer.

As an experienced lawyer it is frustrating to explain to clients, who haven’t done anything wrong, that the best solution is to pay the builder, who is months late and has crushed their dreams, more money than the builder is due.

Until now that is.  For the first time I am promoting this seminar to explain to clients what goes wrong, why it goes wrong and what they can do about it.  You will be empowered to negotiate the changes to the standard domestic building contracts that you need to ensure that your dream is realised not crushed.
